GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS Booking/Reservations To make your booking request please use the online availability calendars. We will confirm the availability within 24 hours. Please do consider that a booking may have been received before your request for the same date and may now, no longer be available. To confirm your reservation, we will require a deposit payment by credit card of 30% of total quotation amount (minimum 2 nights stay) and/or 2 days car rental if required please. VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards accepted. This can be done by following the quick and secure steps of our booking system or by fax to +248 247 947. Payment In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit payment of 30% of total quotation amount (minimum 2 nights stay) and 2 days car rental if required please as stated above. Balance of payment is due in EURO on check-in at the Guesthouse please. We accept credit cards. Visa or MasterCard preferred, but AMEX also accepted in-house. Clients are further requested to settle all extras (bar, telephone, laundry) within 24 hours of departure in EURO, cash for amounts less than 100 euro. Payment of Arrival Transfers is also required in euro cash please. Important: Subject-to-availability, your reservation will be confirmed once we receive a deposit payment of your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of No Show or Change/cancellation of dates of reservation received 30 days or less prior to arrival. Cancellation or change of dates Once your reservation is confirmed, the booking deposit of 30% (or 2 nights/days accommodation and/or car rental) is non-refundable and is charged in the event of No Show, Cancellation and change of dates of your reservation, received 30 days or less prior to arrival. No further charges are payable. Groups welcome. Car Hire Driver must be between 25 years and 65 years of age, with a minimum of 3 years driving experience. Other conditions apply as per rental agreement signed on collection of the car. * Specific exclusions apply the the insurance cover, available on request. These include gross negligence, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents off-road etc. Driving is on the left-hand side of the road in Seychelles. INSURANCE Panorama Guesthouse Beau Vallon is insured in accordance with local regulations. Guests are advised to obtain their own medical and travel insurances. OVERBOOKING In the unlikely event of an overbooking situation of a firm reservation, Panorama Guesthouse Beau Vallon reserves the right to seek alternative accomodation in a unit of similar or higher standards, subject-to-availability, and make arrangements for the land transfer to the respective alternative unit on Mahe Island. Costs of transfers to other Islands are to be entirely borne by the client. DISCLAIMER Panorama Guesthouse Beau Vallon disclaims responsibility for: - Any act, ommission, default, neglect themselves, their servants and agent or contractor, for injury, damage or loss to persons or goods, accidents or other irregularities whatsoever and howsoever the same may be used. - Any cancellation of itineraries, deviations, delays or the failure to provide accommodation or facilities for carrying or storing luggage. Panorama Guesthouse Beau Vallon reserves the right without being liable for any loss or damage, to change the accommodation arrangements with or without notice and at its sole discretion. The right of admission is reserved. Panorama Guesthouse Beau Vallon reserves the right to amend or alter any of the policies and or rates included herein at it's sole discretion. IMPORTANT NOTE : All rooms and indoor public areas are non-smoking, but it is possible to smoke in the gardens and outside verandah.
